We just came back from this lovely couple's wedding setting this morning. We worried from last night's rain, but magically it cleared up perfectly for them at Woodlawn Manor, Silver Spring, Maryland.
Woodlawn Manor outdoor ceremony and reception setting is always so open and breeze and nice, but especially August! Except that we cannot trust August sky, other than that, it's the most beautiful time of the year here.
Michael chose this shepherd's hook with mason jar full of local summer flowers. We love the brightness that the lime light millet and asclepias, yarrow bring together!
Right inside the front door, at the end of the railing, we added little touch of garden here, welcoming guests.
