I feel luck being a florist and am happy to be one. I get to work with beautiful flowers, branches, pods, leaves, berries every single day-If you know how much money I have to pay to play with them if I'm not a florist, Gosh! The designs that I'm creating everyday for all these different people for different occasions in their life give me great satisfaction, a deep deep satisfaction. I feel like I am an important part of their special moment in their lives. I'm deeply involved in their moments of joy and sorrow, excitement and agitation, anticipation and disappointment, hope and frustration. At the shop, we always talk about our clients, and that's what we're thinking and putting into our designs.
Today, Bethany found this article saying how flowers bring spontaneous happiness to people with small amount of money. Well, yes, I would say flowers are not cheap but thinking the unexpected happiness they bring to us, I should say the money is not object here. Flowers really do things that any other gift cannot do. And I am so very proud to be the one that's working in that process.
