Asian Inspired Powerful Designs

Do you feel the strength, energy, Chi stream, power? Look at this gigantic screen with powerful writings on it! Unfortunately I don't know what it says but I totally feel the energy flow bursting from the calligraphy. We've been doing the main floral designs for the Shobukan Dojo's summer Judo conference for years. And this is this year's design that I come up with. I set the height and strong axle or center of weight with my green bamboo sticks and then reinforced the same vertical line with orange eremurus. At the bottom of the design my orange lilies are anchoring for the color balance. I added another dynamic diagonal lines with my tailored blue berry branches and halla leaves.  

Hope it carries the power that I felt inspired by those bamboo weapons.

This set of tropical flower design was for the same event I've done in 2010.  

I had such a fun doing this piece. This small piece is designed by Shinki with rock and equisedum. How clever that is!

And this was for the same event in 2012 by Shinki. He created this piece with flaming tropical flowers as well as huge philodendron leaves, and of course lots of rocks!
