Oh, last spring's happy memory is back with theses wonderful photos sent from our awesome Gronde Photography! Rebecca's wedding was at St.Paul's Rock Creek parish, beautiful small church in a quiet Rock Creek, Washington DC. Rebecca wanted have a bouquet to mach her purple satin dress with wild flower look, and definitely with lilacs! I use my favorite garden roses, Patience from David Austin, as neutral base to this bouquet and build up my palette with local purple lilacs, lysianthus, purple and green hydrangeas, agapanthus. I love to use lysianthus for the color and that lovely wrap of buds sticking out. Then I finished it with bersilia berries and seeded eucalyptus for more texture. The bouquet accents her so well and elegant, just perfectly sophisticated, not too overwhelming. Look how handsome couple they make!!!
