Wedding and Special Events at Kentlands Mansion Gaithersburg MD

It was a nice and calm Sunday yesterday at Kentlands Mansion in Gaithersburg. We had quite a busy day with four weddings last weekend on top of this wedding showcase at Kentlands Mansion, however we were very happy to be able to attend this expo. We met lovely couples and wonderful vendors. We chose nice classic navy blue as our background and decided to do all stonewares for our containers. Then we chose orange as our theme color. We created some orange with deep blue, some with creamy white, some with yellow. That way, we could show how versatile our orange color can be to go with your own mood and style.

Shinki created this classic red bouquet with amazing Clooney white ranuncula and fabulous purplish blue viburnum berries. All together they make these freedom roses, a thing of beauty. Real classy. So in love with this.
This tulips bouquet is tear drop shape with 30 orange and green parrot tulips. I know you tulips lovers out there, just love only tulips. Here you go for you!

This is a great example of mixing oranges with yellows. We used these gorgeous Free Spirit orange rose-two toned and garden rose look-with orange pin cushion protea, orange Clooney ranuncula-my favorite this spring-and yellow Acasia-what fun! The whimsy of the dangling acasia and the texture of the bouquet is unbelievable!

Our magical team, Shinki and Sarah, beaming on Sunday morning, waiting to meet the brides.

Kentlands Mansion is a truly hidden gem in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Convenient location from I-270, nice view to the lake. Mansion is very cozy and bright, nice place for homey event.
