Geogetown Law "Zero Waste" Event on Snow Storm Day

Live Green "Green Spot" Park Florist was invited to participate "Zero Waste" event hosted by Geogetown Law School yesterday.
We are getting our major portion of flowers from various Veriflora or Floraverde farms, or Californian farms such as Ocean View, or local farms when they are available. By using local farms, you support your local business and reduce carbon footprint. Veriflora and Floraverde program are our industry effort to ensure the flowers grown in South America are less pesticised, fair traded, organic.
Of course we are 100% wind powered and recycling at the shop.
So, here's few designs we introduced. With set of nice wrought iron garden trellis, my spring flowers pop out of them. I set one small design in the trellis and insert more stretched lines through the iron gate.
Other design showcase beautiful chocolate colored mini cymbidium with lavender pink stock. Surprising but promising combination.
Just enough spring to melt all the snow we have!
