This is actually my favoriate week, last week of the year. After wonderful, magical, beautiful, fun Christmas, get back to work, but things are quiet and I have some time to think and plan for my new year.
It's like I'm planning to open a brand new shop each year. I look back what and how I've done with my business and clients, design works, and jot down all the ideas and thoughts come across me. Then I make a little chart for me to set goals for a new year by category. It always gives me a sense of achievement and anticipation.
I'm very excited to show how we can do better for our customers and what we can offer from our fresh farm direct flowers and other sources. Most of all, though, I'm excited about our designers, how we will sharpen our knives to stay in top nouch. We are preparing our spring and Valentine designs lined up. We will have several training sessions for the new designs and discuss our top designs for new season.
I'm also planning which trade shows and design educational programs to attend this year.
While things are little quiet down, we are working hard to set our new bar high up!
